In short, we have a spacious and peaceful caravan pitch, surrounded by olive trees, in the heart of nature, with magnificent views and all the necessary amenities.
To ensure a better experience, we ALWAYS recommend that you book your stay in advance.
CHECK-IN TIMES:
- From Monday to Friday, check-in is from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
- On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, check-in is from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- If you have a reservation to arrive at our facilities on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday and wish to arrive after 2:30 PM, don't worry. When making your reservation, you will be asked for your approximate arrival time so we can confirm it.
- Check-in is not possible after 7:30 PM.
- On your departure day, you must vacate your pitch no later than 12:00 PM (if you have any questions, please contact our reception).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RESERVATIONS:
- For last-minute bookings made on the day of arrival, please contact us at least 2 hours in advance so we can process your reservation and check-in (essential on Saturdays, Sundays, and local holidays).
- NOTE: No new arrivals will be accepted on January 6th and December 25th, as the reception will be closed and check-in will not be possible.
- IMPORTANT: To facilitate access to our facilities, we recommend traveling first to the village of Siurana d'Empordà and accessing the property from there.
